every home through expert, evidence based therapy and psychiatry
delivered in a digital platform. With both everyday wellness tools
and our award-winning online child therapy app, we've empowered
hundreds of thousands of clients across the country in the
healthcare and insurance landscape. About the Role: We are looking
for part-time clinical therapists who want to build a new way of
delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to
children 0-17. We hire mental health providers who are excited to
work at an early-stage startup and impact the accessibility of
exceptional behavioral health for children and families.
Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy
via the Little Otter platform to children ages 0-17 years old,
parents, and families Conduct evidence-based interventions for
children and families including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies,
Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT),
Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child and Family
Psychotherapy (CPP), etc. Complete clinical documentation using the
Little Otter platform for each patient including intake notes,
progress notes, treatment plans Participate in an optional weekly
case review and clinical team meeting About You: Masters level
therapists independently licensed in California, ie. Licensed
Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social
Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed
Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC) Clinical experience
providing psychotherapy to children and families. Demonstrated
experience in treating common mental health disorders in children
through evidence-based practices Comfortable with technology and
interested in incorporating technology solutions into clinical
care. Passionate about providing mental health care services to
children and families and excited to work at an early-stage startup
to impact the way we provide these exceptional virtual services!
Schedule : We offer flexible part-time schedule options of 10, 15,
or 20 hours per week, available Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 8 PM
PST and on weekends, designed to be mutually beneficial for you and
the families we serve. Compensation: Hourly W2 position paid at $80
per clinical session plus additional administrative pay Total
