Metal Framing and Drywall Apprentice

Ferrante Koberling Construction, Inc. a boutique custom construction firm focused on high design projects in commercial and residential markets, is immediately seeking an experienced apprentice with 1 - 3 years minimum light commercial and tenant improvement construction supervision. The right candidate will have on-site project experience with a keen understanding of metal framing, hanging drywall and / or tapping. Other trades are acceptable if you have a strong willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
Learn to metal frame, hang drywall and perform tapping.
Learn to install interior doors.
Learn to do light carpentry.
Understand quality and quality control.
Participate in new tasks and learn new skills.
Assist with daily job site organization, cleaning, and safety to maintain a clean and project.

Skills, Experience And Education
Professional appearance; Excellent communication skills; Strong knowledge of construction practices, means and methods.
Must own and utilize basic tools; Must have valid driver's license; and own a vehicle in good working condition (truck preferred but not required).
No less than 1 - years-experience working for a General Contractor (provide references).

$18.00 - $22.00 per Hour

Medical and Dental offered after successful first 90-days, Paid vacation and sick leave.
