Nurse who can handle the day-to-day tasks of the Emergency
Department, but also be confident in receiving patients in need of
Heart Attack Care, Stroke Care, and Trauma patients. This ER is
partnered with the STEMI Receiving Center, 1 of 33 STEMI Centers in
Los Angeles County. The Emergency Room Staff Nurse will treat,
evaluate, and suggest care for patients who enter the Emergency
Room. The ED Registered Nurse provides quality care but also meets
the needs of 70,000 residents each year. The Emergency Services RN
will provide care for serious illnesses, injures, minor cuts and
scrapes, and involves themselves in the more serious cases as well.
