The ACRT Pacific Senior Recruiter position will work from within the ACRT Services Human Resource department to ensure that recruiting and sourcing strategies are developed, implemented and followed consistently within the ACRT Pacific subsidiary (and other subsidiaries as necessary). This position has a heavy focus on candidate sourcing and plays a key role in creating strategies that enhance ACRT Pacific's ability to attract best in class talent. The Senior Recruiter will be the subject matter expert around candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.

This position will be full-time work from home and can be located anywhere in the Southern California region.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own sourcing efforts for ACRT Pacific to find best talent:
  • Articulate in writing a sourcing plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process
  • Recommend sourcing ideas and strategies that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company
  • Execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates and build talent pools for current and future engagements
  • Utilize available recruiting resources to identify and connect with qualified candidates for open positions; post jobs to appropriate internal and external sources
  • Contact past applicants and inform them of job opportunities
  • Identify future staffing needs for the purpose of proactively sourcing potential hires

  • Provide ongoing input and suggestions on the overall recruiting strategy based upon industry best practices:
  • Work with our existing team to build a recruitment strategy and implement best practices for hiring top talent
  • Fine tune existing standard processes to deliver the highest quality hires to the business
  • Communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies to internal team and to business

  • Own the relationship with hiring managers:
  • Provide updates (weekly and ad hoc) to internal stakeholders on the status of all open positions and recruiting efforts
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and recruiters for identifying the requirements for each position
  • Conduct role briefing with clients and set expectations for recruitment process

  • Measure and report on recruiting efforts; identify trends in data

Requirements:

Education Requirements:

  • Minimum: Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development

Experience requirements:

  • Minimum:
  • 3 or more years of experience in a full life-cycle recruiting role

  • Preferred:
  • 5 or more years of experience in a full life-cycle recruiting role
  • 2 years of experience using Workday's Recruiting Module

Desired skills:

  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, sourcing, and interview process management
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
  • Demonstrates strong work ethic and positive attitude, ability to be proactive and anticipate needs
  • Familiarity with Federal and State Labor law and OFCCP Compliance
  • Experience with Microsoft suite of products including Microsoft Excel and Workday Recruiting module or other Applicant Tracking System preferred but not required
