Job Description Job Description Litigation Attorney Litigation Attorney Fulltime in office in Beverly Hills/Century City preferred but open to hybrid for the ideal candidate- Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling complex litigation cases, including personal injury, employment, and labor disputes. The Litigation Attorney will represent clients in court, manage legal disputes, and provide strategic advice to achieve favorable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in various litigation matters including personal injury, employment, and labor disputes. Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies based on findings. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to resolve cases efficiently. Attend court hearings, trials, and mediations to represent client interests. Collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs and provide timely updates on case status. Maintain organized case files and documentation in compliance with legal standards. Qualifications Jurisdictional Bar Admission required. J.D. from an accredited law school. Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on personal injury, employment, and labor law. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
