You must have experience in probate and trust administration for this position.

Responsibilities:
--- Manage probate and trust administration case files, from intake through final distribution
--- Draft petitions, notices, accountings, inventories, and court documents in compliance with California probate rules
--- Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, beneficiaries, and courts
--- Prepare and file pleadings with the court via e-filing and in person as needed
--- Coordinate with financial institutions, CPAs, and other professionals to gather and organize asset information
--- Track deadlines and ensure timely filings and case progress
--- Support attorneys with hearing prep and case strategy
--- Maintain internal systems, case notes, and calendar events

Qualifications:
--- Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal in probate and trust administration
--- Deep understanding of California probate and trust laws and procedures
--- Strong drafting and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail
--- Proficient with Clio or similar case management software
--- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and move cases forward independently
--- Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach
--- Paralegal Certificate preferred; notary public a plus
--- Team player
