Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year
A bit about us:
As a Technical Project Manager (TPM), you will play a pivotal role
in bringing new products to life. This role requires a strong blend
of technical expertise, leadership, and project management skills.
You'll oversee the entire product development lifecycle, working
closely with internal teams and global partners to ensure products
are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
standards.
The ideal Technical Project Manager has experience in amplifiers,
as well as a technical background in the R&D, quality,
regulatory standards, testing of amplifiers to work closely with
the engineering team, as well as focus on product launch timelines
and increasing productivity. The ideal candidate has electronics,
audio or more specifically amplifier and/or speakers experience.

this organization to continue scaling is important. The Technical
Product Manager lives locally in San Clemente or is willing to
relocate quickly to San Clemente, CA.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the full life cycle of electronic product
development, from initial concept, R&D, PDR (Product
Requirements Document), product launch, and continuous
improvement.
2. Develop and manage detailed project plans, identifying key
milestones, timelines, and resources required to meet project
objectives.
3. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering,
quality, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless transition from
prototype to production.
4. Ensure all products meet or exceed industry regulatory standards
and customer expectations.
5. Manage project budget, tracking all costs and ensuring projects
are delivered within budget parameters.
6. Conduct regular testing and prototype reviews to identify
potential issues and areas for improvement.
7. Utilize project management tools (such as Jira) and technical
tools (such as Audio Precision) to manage project activities and
deliverables effectively.
8. Continually review and implement processes for continuous
improvement in product quality and project management
practices.
9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels,
providing regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation
strategies.
10. Use Mandarin language skills to liaise with international teams
and suppliers, ensuring clear and effective communication across
all project stages.
Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related
field. A master's degree or equivalent is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical project
management role in the electronics manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in R&D, product requirements
documentation, product launch, and continuous improvement.
4. Strong knowledge of regulatory standards in the electronics
manufacturing industry.
5. Demonstrated experience in managing project budgets and
timelines.
6. Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and technical
tools like Audio Precision.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex
projects with multiple stakeholders.
8. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Mandarin to
effectively liaise with international teams and suppliers.
9. A strong commitment to quality and a thorough approach to
work.
10. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a
plus.
