We are seeking a Director of Contracts to lead contracting strategy and execution for national security space and missile defense programs. This role owns negotiation, execution, compliance, and contract management processes to ensure disciplined delivery and alignment with company policies and legal requirements. Where Youll Make an Impact Negotiate, execute, and manage contracts in alignment with program goals and company policies. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Establish contract management processes and oversee performance of contract personnel as applicable. Develop relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support contract execution. Identify and resolve contract issues to maintain program progress and compliance. What It Takes Bachelors degree in Business, Legal Studies, Supply Chain, or related discipline. 10 years of contracts experience in aerospace, defense, or government contracting environments. Experience negotiating and administering complex contracts and subcontractor agreements. Strong understanding of compliance requirements and contract risk management. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Nice-to-Have Experience Experience supporting national security programs and FAR/DFARS environments.
