What you will do and what we expect of you Lets do this. Lets
change the world. In this vital role you will: Duties: Produce
financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories and
generating periodic reports. Act as an advisor and thought partner
to the SVP and their direct reports on key activities, and issues
within the function; Support CMO leadership on developing
insights-driven strategic roadmap, including capabilities,
workforce strategy, and digital strategy; Develop organizational
plans for implementation of functional/R&D/Corporate
strategies; Lead or contribute to organizational capability build
and transformational/process improvement initiatives; Facilitate
functional goal setting process and track progress, results, and
performance; Plan and implement agendas for regular CMO Executive
Leadership Team (ELT) meetings to achieve the objectives of the
organization; Partner with HR and Finance to effectively prioritize
and manage organizational resources; and Gather, analyze, and
synthesize cross-functional information across a variety of sources
to turn unstructured business issues and requests into appropriate
action plans and project that result in high quality, meaningful
and actionable deliverables. May telecommute. Position requires up
to 15% of travel to various unanticipated worksites nationally and
internationally. Requirements: Masters degree (or foreign
equivalent) in Pharmaceutical Management, Biochemistry,
Pharmacology or related field and 5 years of experience in the job
offered or in a Senior Consultant - related occupation: The
position requires 5 years of experience in the following: 1.
PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams, SharePoint. 2. Creating
executive-level presentations& reports. 3. Synthesizing and
analyzing cross-functional information to guide decision-making. 4.
Involved in pharmaceutical product lifecycle management, including
early-stage development and commercialization. 5. Understanding
market dynamics across therapeutic areas. 6. Congress coverage
activities including summary of data presentations,

salary range for this position in the U.S. is$185,806.00-
$215,198.00per year. Also, this position offers stock, retirement,

(excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on
several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills,
experience, and qualifications. In addition to the base salary,
