Job Description Job Summary and Responsibilities Our
multispecialty group, Dignity Health Medical Group – Bakersfield ,
a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a
full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Cardiologist to join
our team in Bakersfield, California. If you’re eager to practice
where collaboration meets compassion and every patient story
matters, we want to hear from you! Practice Highlights: Aligned
with the third-largest health system in the U.S. and the largest
hospital system in California Practice alongside experienced and
highly respected cardiologists Primarily office-based practice with
minimal hospital call coverage and rounding Dedicated APP support
Robust referral patterns serving a population of over one million
Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary guarantee: $500,000 –
$550,000 Excellent earning potential with a salary guarantee period
and productivity bonus Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision
coverage Retirement plans, CME stipend, generous time off, bonus
potential, and more Job Requirements A valid and unrestricted
California medical license Board eligible or board certified in
specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA) Completion of an
