Job Description Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient Primary
Care Los Angeles County, CA | Full-Time | No Nights or Weekends
Salary Range $291,000 – $302,000 annually (based on full-time
schedule) Position Overview A well-established Federally Qualified
Health Center (FQHC) system in Los Angeles County is seeking Board
Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine Physicians for
full-time outpatient primary care roles. This opportunity is ideal
for physicians passionate about serving underserved and uninsured
populations while maintaining excellent work-life balance.
Available Practice Locations Huntington Park, CA Hawthorne, CA
Schedule Full-time Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No nights,
weekends, or call Practice Highlights Outpatient primary care only
Average 20–22 patients per day Collaborative, multidisciplinary
care team including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician
assistants, behavioral health, and specialty providers
Mission-driven organization serving a high-volume, diverse patient
population Physician Qualifications MD or DO Board Eligible or
Board Certified in Family Medicine Current or pending California
medical license Residents currently completing training are
