Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Medical Scribe (El Segundo, California): Collaborate with physicians during patient visits to accurately document medical histories, physical examinations, and procedures. Transcribe laboratory and radiographic results, as well as patient education and procedural explanations. Record pending orders for referrals, tests, medications, and procedures as directed by the physician. Ensure all diagnoses, symptoms, follow-up instructions, and prescription details are accurately documented. Prepare and edit scribed documents for physician review and signature. Required Skills for Medical Scribe (El Segundo, California): Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Medical Scribe. Proficiency in computer applications and the ability to quickly learn new software.
