be considered. Deliver high-quality nursing care in a step-down
unit focusing on patients requiring intermediate critical care.
This contract position offers an opportunity to apply specialized
skills in respiratory care and patient monitoring while
contributing to a dynamic healthcare setting in Los Angeles, CA.
Responsibilities: Provide competent nursing care for patients in a
step-down unit. Manage tracheostomies and ventilators with
efficiency and precision. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Adhere strictly to facility
protocols and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate patient
documentation and reports. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Registered Nurse (RN) license with valid credentials. Demonstrated
proficiency in caring for patients with trachs and vents. Current
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as applicable. Up-to-date
immunizations including MMR and Varicella or documentation of
vaccination/declination. Negative TB test and ability to comply
with drug and background screening. Availability to work weekends
and preference given to those available for full scheduling through
late January and early February. Schedule/Hours: Weekend
availability required. Full schedule preference for the remainder
of January through the first week of February. Location
