In this role, you will provide assessment and planning for individualized patient care.   • You will communicate with physicians about changes in patients' clinical condition
  • You will respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment
  • You will act in a composed and professional manner, especially under pressure
  • You will perform general nursing duties in all Maternal Child Health departments with adequate supervision
  • You will maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts
  • You will participate in performance improvement activities
  • You will act as the patient's advocate, as circumstances requireQualifications:
    • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
    • Current California Registered Nurse License.
    • A minimum of 1 year of acute care experience, prefer previous experience in Labor & Delivery
    • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
    • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
    • Current NRP
    • National RN certification preferredRiverside Community Hospital is a large acute care facility with 517 beds, established in 1901.
