Job Description
PsychPros is currently hiring for a full-time, temporary-to-permanent case management position in Butler County, Ohio. In this role, you will work with families involved with Children's Protective Services, aiming for family preservation. Clients will have mental health or behavioral health conditions.
Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience providing case management to families or children

    Job Duties
    
    • 
      
    • Assess and address the mental health needs of child welfare-involved families, helping them access medical, social, educational, and other services through natural supports to achieve outcomes like family reunification, stabilization, independent living, vocational/educational participation, social support, and reduced hospitalization.
      
    • Serve as a key member of the treatment/service team, ensuring complex services produce positive outcomes.
      
    • Develop and implement proactive intervention strategies.
      
    • Follow the jointly developed service plan, pursuing all set objectives.
      
    • Adapt the service plan to meet the family's changing needs and strengths.
      
    • Act as the primary mental health contact for the family and involved systems.
      
    • Coordinate service delivery among systems for smooth operation.
      
    • Evaluate all services received by the family.
      
    • Manage crises effectively.
