Overview of Function:
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development, growth, and delivery of L.E.K.'s Healthcare Data & Analytics commercial offerings. This high-impact role will work within our growing Data & Analytics (D&A) team and collaborate with Life Sciences and Healthcare sector leaders to shape data product strategy, execute roadmap development, drive adoption, support delivery and client development, and build scalable, insight-driven solutions leveraging Healthcare Data assets (E.g ., Real World Claims Data, Electronic Health Records/Electronic Medical Records (EHR/EMR), Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR), Social Determinants of Health (SDOH), clinical trials, PubMed, scientific literature and clinical research, genomics / molecular data, patents and funding, Hospital and physician data, Healthcare payer / insurance data, CMS etc.)You will serve as a bridge between commercial strategy, analytics, and technology, delivering cutting-edge data & analytics capabilities to internal stakeholders and external clients alike.Key Responsibilities:Proposition Leadership & Strategy

  • Own the product lifecycle for L.E.K.'s suite of Healthcare Data Analytics tools and offerings, particularly RWD -from ideation through development, launch, and iteration
  • Define and evolve the proposition roadmap based on market needs, client demand, and internal strategic priorities
  • Serve as the voice of the customer for healthcare/life sciences clients, ensuring our Healthcare and RWD solutions solve meaningful business problems (e.g., market access, HEOR, commercial optimization)
  • Translate business objectives and scientific goals into repeatable project offerings / modules and enhancements to existing offeringsSolution Development
    • Lead cross-functional teams - including data scientists, engineers, consultants, and domain experts-to build robust, scalable Healthcare data offerings for clients
    • Partner with sector leaders and clients to define high-value use cases and deliver repeatable analytical solutions
    • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch to enhancement phases for Healthcare data products and consulting services
    • Embed modern analytics methods (e.g., cohort building, patient journey, predictive modeling) to enhance product capabilitiesClient Project Execution & Leadership
      • Mentor/manage a team of rotational RWD data analysts that execute analytics on RWD related client engagements, and support / oversee directly on high-visibility or critical projects
      • Act as the interface between the RWD team, consulting partners/teams, and clients ensuring alignment on product & analytic needs
      • Lead scoping, deployment, and integration of Healthcare data products and solutions within consulting projects & client deliverables
      • Directly support ongoing client development / proposals with methodological input, sample output, cohort definitions, team scoping, direct client pitching, and any other client development needs
      • Partner with sector teams to develop thought leadership pieces based on healthcare data products you overseeStakeholder Collaboration & Enablement
        • Educate consulting teams on how to leverage healthcare data products, ensuring adoption, effective usage, and smooth integration of products into casework and consulting workflows via training sessions, emails, and 1-1 meetings as needed
        • Develop playbooks, best practices, and enablement materials for internal and external stakeholders
        • Collaborate with business functions (Data & Analytics, Knowledge Management, Information & Research, Marketing etc.) to drive awareness, adoption and implementation of healthcare data products and solutionsCapability Building & Thought Leadership
          • Act as a key SME for RWD and other Healthcare Data products across the organization and represent the firm's capabilities to both internal stakeholders and external clients
          • Monitor trends in the RWD and healthcare data analytics landscape, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation
          • Stay on-top of key data sources, vendors, and players to ensure our resources, approaches, and products/solutions remain competitive with the market
          • Lead the evaluation and testing of alternative healthcare data vendors (particularly RWD) and provide input and thought leadership into contract negotiationsQualifications & Experience:
            • 4-6 years of experience in product management, analytics, or consulting, with significant exposure to real world data and healthcare/life sciences use cases.
            • Deep understanding of RWD sources (claims, EHR, registries) and related standards (ICD, CPT, NDC, SNOMED, LOINC, etc.).
            • Proven success in launching and scaling data or analytics products within healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
            • Familiarity with tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, SAS, and modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/Azure/GCP).
            • Strong business acumen with the ability to align product development to client value and industry trends.
            • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience engaging cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
            • Consulting experience in healthcare or life sciences is a strong plus.
              • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Public Health, Life Sciences, Data Science, Biostatistics, Engineering, or Business.Why Join L.E.K.?

                  • In California, Illinois, and New York, the base salary is between $135,000 - $165,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level. L.E.K. also offers a performance bonus, profit sharing and other benefits.
