Analyst based out of Woodland Hills, CA. As a Project Analyst at
Northrop Grumman you will have a challenging and rewarding

automation. What You’ll get to Do: Handle Problem Reports (PR’s) in
close coordination with the applicable Systems Engineering
Integration & Test (SEIT) Lead and program team to ensure technical
/ non-technical process issues affecting various product lines are
handled in an effective and timely manner In support of the SEIT
Lead, assign actions to Engineering organizations in both Woodland
Hills, CA and Salt Lake City, UT and authorize budget and provide
work orders to resolve technical and process problems Process and
coordinate the initial release of new factory SIL / test equipment
(hardware & software), tooling and test procedures and do the same
for all ongoing changes to these documents Process and coordinate
the release of new Prime Hardware (Product) drawings packages
(including Prime Software) and do the same for all ongoing changes
to these documents. Identify the different types of drawings (i.e.
detailed drawings, assembly drawings, arrangement drawings). Work
with affected engineering groups to provide guidance on drawing /
family tree development Multi-task through an occasional high
stress environment to support engineering releases to achieve sales
/ program goals Work daily with complex engineering documentation
management systems such as MPLM (Mission Product Lifecycle
Management) and CPLM (Common Product Life Management) in a
classified environment. Gain an understanding of the business and
customer priorities and expedite processing & coordination where
needed Ensure compliance to applicable Command Media Perform
onboarding assistance and confirmation Provide restricted program
and Sharepoint access Provide document numbers Assist with closed
area access Provide training to engineering team Perform releases
of classified material This requisition may be filled at a higher
grade based on qualifications listed below This requisition may be
filled at either the base or Principal Level. Basic Qualifications
for a Project Analyst are: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2
years of relevant experience, a Master’s degree, or 6 years
relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Solid planning and
organizational skills, as well as attention to detail. Demonstrated
strong verbal communication and customer service skills in a
teamwork environment. Experience with Product Life Cycle Management
Experience with Configuration Management principles Skilled in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Active DoD Secret
Security Clearance Ability to work 100% onsite in Woodland Hills,
CA with a majority of time spent in a closed area (or SCIF –
Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility). Basic Qualifications
for a Principal Project Analyst are: Bachelor’s degree and a
minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, a Master’s degree with 3
years of relevant experience, a PhD with 1 year of relevant
experience, or 9 years relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Solid planning and organizational skills, as well as attention to
detail. Demonstrated strong verbal communication and customer
service skills in a teamwork environment. Experience with Product
Life Cycle Management Experience with Configuration Management
principles Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance Ability to work 100% onsite in
Woodland Hills, CA with a majority of time spent in a closed area
(or SCIF – Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility). Preferred
Qualifications: Experience with the processing of Engineering
Changes (i.e. Problem Reports (PR’s), Solution Packages (SP’s) and
Engineering Changes (EC’s)). Experience with Cisco Matrix and
Identity Services Engine (ISE). General knowledge of electrical and
mechanical systems and manufacturing processes. Knowledge of
SharePoint and 1ERP. Possess a rudimentary understanding of the
indenturing structure (i.e. detailed drawings lead to assembly
drawings, which can lead to module drawings). Possess a basic
understanding of drawing re-identification criteria such as dash
number “rolls” vs. going to a new basic drawing number for a
mandatory non-re-workable change This position in contingent upon
clearance. Primary Level Salary Range: $75,800.00 - $113,800.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $94,200.00 - $141,200.00 The above
salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop
Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary
offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and
the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market
conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible
for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in
addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward
individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in
company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions
may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop
Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance
coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid
