Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist is sought for a K-12 educational
setting in Taft, CA, specializing in teletherapy services. The
assignment spans the current school year (CSY) under a contract
arrangement, serving a high school caseload distributed across
multiple sites. Responsibilities include delivering a blend of
therapy and assessments to approximately 55 students with mild to
moderate disabilities, alongside some severe cases. Collaboration
with an onsite facilitator provided by the district is integral to
ensure effective service delivery. Candidates must be experienced
in using SIRAS and hold an active California license, with prior
work experience in California schools highly preferred. Key
qualifications and experience: Active California Speech-Language
Pathology license Proven experience in California school settings
Competency in SIRAS documentation system Ability to manage a high
school caseload of 55 students Skilled in providing teletherapy and
telespeech services Experience addressing a spectrum of
disabilities from mild to severe Location: Taft, California Core
responsibilities: Administer speech and language therapy and
assessments for high school students Maintain thorough
documentation utilizing SIRAS software Coordinate with onsite
facilitators to support student progress Adapt therapeutic
approaches to accommodate various disability levels Manage caseload
