Job Details We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in quality work and effective collaboration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct on-site observations of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and industry standards. 2. Prepare detailed field observation reports documenting construction progress and adherence to codes. 3. Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and other project documentation. 4. Coordinate closely with Project Managers and Engineers to address constructability and design issues. 5. Support project teams through effective communication and technical coordination. Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction or MEP trades. 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 3. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. 4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD or Revit preferred. 5. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills. 6. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance. Interested in hearing more?
