Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Profession: Radiology/Cardiology Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: CA license must be in hand; no temporary licenses accepted Certifications: BLS, ARRT (N) or NMTCB/CA License; CT Advanced Certification preferred Must-Have: Open to first-timers; must float between like units Description: The position requires a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with a minimum of one year of experience. First-time travelers are welcome to apply. Candidates must hold a valid California license. The role requires Certification in Basic Life Support as well as ARRT (N) or NMTCB/CA License. CT Advanced Certification is preferred but not mandatory. Floating between facilities may be required. All travelers are expected to float within facilities in the region. The facility can call off staff once per two-week pay period. Travelers must commit to working three of the five major holidays during their assignment. References from two supervisory personnel covering one year within the last three years are required prior to start. All travelers must adhere to the floating policy; refusal may result in termination of assignment. Communication devices may be provided by the client as needed for the role. Modules required for the role must be completed pre-start and annually.
