We are a growing premier Medical Aesthetic and Specialized Dermatology center with locations in Newport Beach and Yorba Linda California.Our Multi-Specialty practice is a 50/50 mix of Cosmetic Surgery and Dermatology.Our company is looking for an outgoing, ambitious, and friendly individual to join our team! The individual should possess a strong attention to detail, as well as time management, and high organizational skills.If you are a resourceful self-starter with a passion for patient care, this may be a dream opportunity for you!This position is Full time, Monday through Friday from 8AM-5PM.WE OFFER COMPETITIVE PAY.Job Duties:

• Guide patient calls to effectively schedule appointments for all 8 physicians
• Greet our patients with 5-Star hospitality upon their arrival
• Assist patients with checking in and checking out/collecting payments
• Ensure proper flow of patients in a timely manner
• Ensure high level of telephone and verbal communication skillsBenefits:
