Responsibilities: Prepare accounts receivable invoices and expense reimbursements . Manage accounts payable and review expense reports . Support tax filings and workpapers for various entities. Address tax and governmental notices . Record monthly general ledger entries for investments. Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Assist with monthly accounting close and quarterly fund mailings . Provide support to the Office Manager and handle other tasks as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum two years of accounting experience , with public accounting being a plus. Experience with tax filings for partnerships and corporations .
